Some Pumpkin Fun

We decided to have some fun with our pumpkins this year.

The boys are not big fans of touching the pumpkin insides and mommy ends up doing most of the carving so, we decided to paint our pumpkins this year. 

Not to bad for our 1st time. 

Thank goodness for Uncle Tom - he helped draw the faces so, all we had to do was paint in the lines :)

They were all defiantly a group effort. Except the minion he was all Uncle Tom! 

We are going to pick one to enter into the pumpkin decorating / carving contest at Connor's school...

Which one will we choose??

Perfect Fall Day

Nothing is better than soaking up our last few beautiful days outside before we are trapped indoors for winter.

 Someone is finally big enough to enjoy the baby swing.

 And, this someone is just being a show off.

You know it was a busy weekend when she cant seem to stay wake Monday morning.

Rival Games

Connor's football team is one of the three teams they have in Bedford.  They are divided by where you live. And they are very strict.  You play in your district!  We have friends on the Lions and the 3rd team in the Hornets.

When these teams play they make a big deal about it and they play for bragging rights.  One game hold the trophy for the year and the other hold a helmet.  This year our team the T-Birds won both rival games.

Gender Reveal

My best friend is expecting her 3rd baby!  She already has two boys and today is the day we will find out if she is having another boy or if she is having her little girl.

Watching for the silly string color.

She is having a baby girl!!!!!!!!

We were all so excited for all of them.  I can't wait to meet this spoiled little princess.

UPDATE...

Sadly, just a week after this gender reveal party - Sara went in for her regular check up and they found out that she lost her baby.  She was told that she had to go to the hospital and deliver her baby.  Oh my heart hurt so, badly for her.  I didn't know what to say, there was nothing I could to help. 

I know she has that adorable little girl looking down on them and I am hopeful one day she will get pregnant again!
